The Den is an indoor soft play centre suitable for children under the age of 12.
The play centre itself is separated into 2 sections:
- A section for younger children 1-3 years of age, which includes a a play pen, ball pool and soft play equipment.
- For children aged 4-12, there?s the main play area which includes 2 slides, a large ball pool, climbing nets, biff bash, mirrors, and all sorts of tunnels.
It is the ideal place for parents / guardians to come with friends to see your child develop in confidence as they explore the play area over lunch or a cuppa. Your little one will be guaranteed to be more interested in the play area, giving you an opportunity to really catch up.
Whilst the children run around and burn some energy, as well as having fantastic exercise, you can sit down relax and enjoy a cuppa. Our in-house cafe serves hot and cold food & drink with ample seating for parents / guardian to unwind and leave their children to can go and explore the thrill of The Den.
There are always newspapers, and magazines on hand for you to read.
The Den is located on two floors, the ground floor has wide doors for easy wheelchair and pushchairs access to the play area, cafe and relaxing area. It also has disabled toilets. The first floor consists of seating and relaxing area with additional toilets. You can view the children playing from this area. It is without doubt, wheelchair friendly, pushchair friendly, child friendly and certainly parent/ adult friendly!!
Group Bookings and Birthday Parties?
The Den is available for private hire for group bookings and specialises in birthday parties.
We have a dedicated, purpose built room room set aside for such occasions.
We are also available for hire with local schools and play groups and clubs.
