For example, you may wish to explore group dynamics with low impact activities such as?team challenges,?orienteering, walking,?raft-building. Alternatively you may wish to increase the pressure with activities such as obstacle courses, team building,?canoeing courses! Our centre is equipped with good classroom facilities, and all of our staff are experienced in working with participants in a developmental context
