An incredible opportunity to experience the Colosseum at night and with VIP access to areas that most visitors aren’t allowed access to, including the underground Colosseum areas and the arena floor.
The group will have a maximum of 24 people in it, so it won’t be overcrowded. You start the tour at the Gate of Death which is where the perished Gladiators were taken after their defeat. You will be given access to the arena floor, which normal tickets don’t give you access too. Take in the view and imagine the Colosseum being full with all staring straight at you and waiting for your ‘performance’.
Your guide will then take you to the underground areas, again, an area standard ticket’s don’t get access too. You will see the dungeons, the animal cages, the trap doors and where all were hoisted to the arena floor from.
An incredible opportunity to remember history and picture yourself as part of it.
