Welcome to the Quay Climbing Centre ? the South West?s largest indoor climbing wall.? We are passionate about climbing and outdoor adventure and want to share our passions with you!? Our aim is simple:? to run a welcoming, safe and vibrant wall for climbers of all ages, abilities and experiences.? We want?all?our climbers to?enjoy climbing at the centre, develop new skills and master existing ones ? most importantly we hope you have fun!
The centre makes use of the huge atrium space built into one of Exeter?s largest and iconic industrial buildings ? formerly the city?s electricity works.??The climbing arena is full of space and light.? Within the arena?we have? 85 hangers each with up to 3 lines of climbing making for well over 200 routes to try at any time.? There?s a?14.5 metre lead wall, top roped walls from 7 to 11 metres, 7 auto belays for solo climbers and a dedicated novice zone as well as two boulder caves and training room.?? The?Workshop Caf??offers a daily menu of home cooked food prepared on site by Chef Paul, including his famous?pizzas, as well as cakes, coffees and Panini?s for you to enjoy after your climb.
