Classes are from?7pm on selected Thursdays and for one and a half hours you will think about nothing but sausages. Based at The Hampstead Butchers & Providore, this is a class for the connoisseur, who likes to know what is really going onto their plates. You will be provided with over garments, but please wear sensible footwear.?
