The Hawking Centre is owned by Leigh and Jo Holmes, Falconers and Television presenters and managed by expert falconers within Doddington Place Gardens in Kent.
The Centre is now based at this exclusive private estate after years of being based at the historic Leeds Castle.
We primarily run Falconry Experience days seven days a week and give free flying demonstrations on a Sunday afternoon throughout the spring and summer. The demonstrations take place on the formal Lawn and include lots of family participation.
The estate is high up on the hills and includes acres of woodland, landscaped gardens in quintessentially English countryside. The Hawking Centre is also home to a special team of birds including a rare Augur Buzzard who is the only one in Europe, endearing Owls to a Tawny eagle and a friendly Vulture!
