Set in the Smithills countryside, housing a variety of farm and zoo animals large and small. A “real” working dairy farm with lots of play facilities.
We are a large working dairy farm open to the public 7 days a week 10am til 5pm all year round.
We only close for 3 days a year, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
We have all the traditional farm animals from cows, sheep, goats and pigs to a variety of zoo animals such as coatis, owls, snakes and lizards.
Our daily activities offered all year round are:- Pets Corner (Meet, feed, hold, stroke and interact with all of our cute and cuddly baby animals). Donkey Rides, Tractor and Trailer rides, milking the cows and calf feeding.
We also have a large range of play equipment such as toy tractors, bouncy castles, inflatable assault courses and indoor/outdoor play areas.
We also run seasonal activities such as:- Easter Egg Hunts,Halloween and Christmas Activities.
We have an on site cafe that sells hot and cold food and snacks, crisps, chocolate drinks and ice-cream.
We also have indoor and outdoor eating facilities for families with packed lunches or picnics.
All year round we host children’s birthday parties, school educational visits, nursery visits and out of school group visits.
We have a large gift shop that sells a variety of toys and gifts for visitors to purchase as a memory of their visit.
