Sidmouth Museum offers ‘Something for Everyone’, attracts over 13,000 visitors a year, and thrives on local and tourist support.
The focus is on local history including the wide variety of people, some very famous, who have lived and stayed in Sidmouth.
Our location on the Jurassic Coast lends itself to our rich collection of fossils, minerals and archaeology.
Throughout the season the museum runs guided Town and Geology Walks every week. This year, in conjunction with the Sidmouth Arboretum, there will also be guided Tree Walks.
