The Royal Logistic Corps Museum is based at the Princess Royal Barracks near Camberley in Surrey. It combines the former collections of the Royal Corps of Transport and the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.
The collection was established by combining the museums of the Royal Corps of Transport (which had been located at Buller Barracks in Aldershot) and of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps (which had been located at Princess Royal Barracks) shortly after the Royal Logistic Corps was formed in 1993.
The collection includes Field Marshal Viscount Montgomery’s 1939 Rolls-Royce Wraith, a Royal Waggon Train sabretache and various medal displays.The archive incorporates three key collections: the Board of Ordnance Letter Books dating from the nineteenth century, the Royal Army Service Corps (RASC) Post-war Write Ups, detailing the Corps? Second World War history and the Military Vehicle Records, detailing all registrations and histories of (former) military vehicles.
