Horse Rides, Pony Trekking and Trail Rides from Northfield Farm in the Peak District
Looking for somewhere to ride in the Peak District? Then come and ride with us at Northfield Farm.
The successful riding centre was opened in 1976 by David and Liz Andrews. It is situated on the edge of Flash, England’s highest village, which is just 5 miles south of Buxton.
Northfield FarmWhile a herd of suckler cows and a small flock of sheep have kept us busy on the farming side, the riding and trekking centre has been very much our main business and horses our first love!
When a fire destroyed the old stables in 1978 we were encouraged to diversify further – and so the self-catering venture began. We have since added to the original conversions and now have four different sized units.
The wealth of attractions and activities in the surrounding area make this part of the National Park an ideal choice for any visitor. But whatever the reason for visiting the verdict on the scenery is always the same – stunning!
