WHAT’S THIS ALL ABOUT?
Using the flasks, canisters and calcium baths you will be guided through the concepts and background to this newest form of mixology class.?You won?t just be watching the professor you will 100%?involved, using some less than conventional equipment and constructing four cocktails.
You will share your personal lab space (sorry, custom-built cocktail bar) with up to 5 other people. Get to know them well, you will need them for the cocktail competition at the end of the class to design your own original cocktail making use of the scientific equipment provided.

This class is run by T.T Liquor, and is a really spectacular experience run from the coolest of venues set across three floors in Shoreditch. Think subterranean cocktail bar, specialist liquor store, signature supper clubs and yes, a cinema. This really is a cocktail journey – did we say the building used to be a police station in the 19th Century, look out for the jail cells…
THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS
This is a gift for either one person or two and is once a month on a Friday from 7pm-9pm. You’ll get a complimentary cocktail on arrival and then make 4 cocktails followed by a competition.? The class can cater for dietary?requirements if they know beforehand.?For the non drinkers out there, you can learn to create some really tasty molecular mocktails.
