The company was established in 2000 when the Founder and Managing Director Rashada Bashir struggled to find flexible childcare that met her high standards, so she decided to become a childminder, Rashada completed her level 3 in Children?s Workforce and set up her childminding business working from her home in Baguley. In 2004, Operational Director Ashaan Bashir joined the company and as the company grew, staff were employed to meet with demand as a group of childminders. Due to high demand from the hospital and the airport Rashada and Ashaan cared for children 24 hours a day, offering evening and weekend care to cover the busy lives of their clients. In 2010 Kids Around the Clock became a nursery on Domestic premises, the Bashir family moved upstairs and transformed their home into a quality day nursery receiving a rating of good from Ofsted, they moved on to employ staff and continued to grow.
