We?re part of the Activity for All family, who?ve been increasing participation in physical activity for all ages since 2004.
Their team of teachers, coaches, instructors and leaders work in schools, businesses, NHS trusts, local sports clubs, colleges and community groups across North West England and North Wales, keeping 10,000 children and adults happy and active every week.
