The Clubhouse and bar are open on Wednesday lunchtimes, Thursday evenings and Sundays, when members are on hand to welcome you. If you wish to visit at other times you are welcome to contact the Club using the ?Contact EYC? facility.
New members are always welcomed, and encouraged to become involved in all club activities. The club has a long tradition of “self-help”, which we encourage everyone to adopt, both for mutual support, and for the development of the club as a whole.
Our aims are simple: to provide an affordable sailing venue to all ages and abilities, and to encourage the development of sailing skills through our in-house training and sailing programmes.
EYC has a new clubhouse with new workshops and storage facilities, pontoon, and training boats. With this development, we can now offer enhanced sailing and training under the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) training scheme.
