  1. The Cutty Sark was built in Scotland on the River Clyde and then completed in Greenock.
  2. Her maiden voyage was in 1980 to China.
  3. She cost £16150 to built, a HUGE amount of money at the time!
  4. The Cutty Sark has an incredible 11 miles of rigging onboard!
  5. Her main mast stands at 153 feet high!
  6. She has actually been opened not once but twice by Queen Elizabeth II. Once in 1957 and then again in 2012 when she was reopened to the public!
