Bristol Clay Shooting

Based in South Gloucestershire and only 5 miles from Junction 14 M5, Bristol Clay Shooting is run by Neil and Charlotte Padfield. Neil?s knowledge of shooting goes back 30 + years, and what initially started as his hobby turned into a business.

Established 10 years ago, the couple wanted to make clay shooting more accessible and to open a friendly shooting ground that would dispel the myths that clay shooting is for a certain type of person. And they achieved it. Their Sunday shoots are welcoming, friendly and not at all cliquey.

From Sunday shoots they progressed into corporate shooting, both at their own grounds and around the country. With all their equipment being fully mobile they can go anywhere.

One of the strangest places that they have taken their equipment is to the top of Trenchard Street car park, Bristol for a film. A film that not only included the equipment but Neil had a fleeting part in it too.
