- The Emirates Stadium has a capacity of 60,260 and that makes it the 4th largest football stadium in England, with Wembley, Old Trafford and Tottenham being bigger.
- When Emirates Airline secured the deal to name the stadium it was the largest sponsorship deal in football history at the time!
- It isn’t just a sports stadium, but can be hired out for other purposes including concerts!
- Arsenal had to move to the Emirates Stadium because their plans for expanding Highbury were rejected because the expansion plans put the new stadium too close to listed buildings in the area.
- Emirates Stadium hasn’t yet hosted the English Football team because Wembley Stadium is so close, they usually play there.

By London Underground:
- Arsenal Station – Zone 2, Piccadilly Line and a 3-minute walk
- Finsbury Park Station – Zone 2, Victoria Line and Piccadilly Line and a 12-minute walk
- Highbury & Islington Station – Zone 2, Victoria Line and London Overground with a 12-minute walk.
By Bus: Bus routes 30, 17, 91, 259 and 393 all stop on Holloway Road and Highbury Corner which are both close to the stadium.
