Stop trawling through YouTube videos of people shaped into Pretzels -?design your?personalised?practice. This experience is designed to help you?develop a regular yoga routine at home tailored to your needs. The experience begins with?a chat around your intentions. You’ll then be guided through a sequence of?meditation, breath-work and yoga poses?that are suited to your needs & body. You’ll practice your bespoke sequence twice; filming the sequence the second time around, so after the one to one workshop you?ll have a?video?to use to guide your?home practice.
