Northampton Active was the UK?s first pumped, artificial whitewater course. Three pumps control the flow of water down the 300 metre whitewater course allowing the center to alter the course?s difficulty and the skill levels required to paddle it.
The center building has changing rooms and showering facilities, a cafeteria, a lift and rooms suitable for both social events and conference bookings. It has ample onsite parking for customers and is wheelchair accessible throughout.
