Tickets for Palau Baro de Quadras: Guided Tour. Another property designed by Josep Puig i Cadafalch. This one is still a privately owned property, but the owners have decided to let the public view. It was originally commissioned by the Baron de Quadras. The property is a great example of Catalan Modernism and designed in the style of a gothic Catalan palace. The building has an interesting story in that Cadafalch was commissioned in 1900, by the Baron de Quadras, to refurbish a residential block backing on to two roads, Carrer de Rossello and the other on Diagonal, and Cadafalch decided to give them two completely differnet facades! It’s an incredible building.
